About Ann Williams
Ann M. Williams, CPA, has been providing accounting services to businesses and individuals for over 25 years. As the comptroller of St. Paul School of Theology (a graduate seminary) in Kansas City, she was responsible for accounting functions and reporting for a not-for-profit organization, delivering reliable information to department supervisors, graduate school administrators, and the board of trustees. While in public practice in Arkansas, she acquired expertise in farming, ranching and agricultural businesses, providing tax guidance and financial reporting. She also has extensive experience in family owned businesses, trusts and estates, closely held corporations, retail businesses, restaurants, real estate management and development, clergy, and numerous other areas of taxation.
Ann is currently licensed to practice in Texas, having been licensed originally in Arkansas. She is proud of the fact that she was Arkansas' top scorer on the November, 1994, exam and was the first CPA in Arkansas ever to receive a score of 99 on any section of the exam.
Ann moved to Southlake, Texas, in May, 2002, and is active in Crown of Life Lutheran Church in Colleyville. She and her husband, Gary, have seven grown children and two grandchildren.
Ann's guiding business philosophy is this: "I formed my own accounting firm with a single principle in mind: to provide the highest level of personalized client service possible. Simply put, I care about each and every one of my clients. You will always be served by me, and will never have to worry about how many other accountants have access to your private financial affairs or whether a new staff accountant has the proper experience to give you the right advice. If you would like to develop a relationship with an accountant that will know your name, get to know mine."
